this is a lovely cottage very well furnished and cleaned. lots of information about things to do in the area and very good location for amenities and the beach 5 minute walk. it was lovely having a good sea view and the owners were very helpful.

This was 5 star accommodation, everything your required was available from washing up liquid to enough kitchen equipment to cook a gourmet dinner. The furnishings were beautiful and the location magnificent, wonderful views over the sea. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was outstanding. Clean, warm and furnished to a very high standard. All the equipment you could possibly need. The view from the cottage was amazing with excellent sunsets. Plenty of walks right on your doorstep or an excellent train service from Barmouth. Our car didn't leave the drive all week!

Accommodation was very good. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The view from the living room and bedroom was spectacular - looking out across the beach and bay which if you are there at the right time displays superb sunsets.

I would highly recommend this cottage. It was beautiful with some fantastic finishing touches. Owners were very welcoming without being overbearing.

We would highly recomend this cottage for your holiday as it realy is home from home. The decor and furnishings are of higher standard than any other place we have stayed in the past. The place is spotless on arrival and the views from the property are fantastic. We are not looking any further at the moment, and have re-booked for next year.

A beautifully furnished, well-equipped and comfortable property with a beautiful view of the sea. We had a lovely time here and enjoyed the many and varied scenic walks in and around Barmouth. The town centre can be reached on foot via a promenade down the hill from the property and the local railway is ideal for exploring other seaside towns along the coast or extending the range of your walks. On sunny days, it is a real treat to relax on the patio overlooking the sea.

The 'brand new' accommodation is perfect for a couple with fantastic sea views. Everything that you could possibly need in the house is provided and it is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. I would highly recommend the house to others and wouldn't hesitate in staying at this location again.
